The Boulders, is a unique enclave of exquisite estates set amongst the foothills of Santa Barbara. Purposeful design, and intuitive floor plans create the perfect balance of indoor outdoor California living.

We worked closely with developers and real estate agents to bring The Boulders brand to life. With the help of competitive research, stakeholder interviews and the picturesque Santa Barbara landscape, we created a luxurious brand identity for the new development. Deliverables included brand guidelines, marketing collateral (postcards, brochures, signage, print and digital ads), email, website and social media design.
